Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, modifications cannot be made. However, you can return your order for a full refund once received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Processing times may take longer during holiday and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday, and orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after processing. We do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If you do not receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I be charged customs and taxes?
The prices on our site are tax-free in US dollars. Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Any additional charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs. For more details on potential fees, please contact your local customs office.

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or incomplete product, please email us with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to your issuing bank within 7 to 10 business days after the return is received or the cancellation request is processed. If you have not received your refund yet, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
